By downloading, installing, or using the GECCS (Government College of Engineering College Event Control System) application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Beta Testing

GECCS is currently in beta testing phase. The application may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no warranties regarding the stability or functionality of the beta version.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GECCS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with college policies. You shall not:

• Share or transfer QR code passes to unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service

5. Data Collection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using GECCS, you consent to such collection and processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GECCS are owned by the developers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

GECCS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to GECCS immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms of Service.
