Beta Testing Agreement

1. Beta Testing Program

Thank you for participating in the GECCS beta testing program. As a beta tester, you agree to test the application and provide feedback to help us improve the final product.

2. Beta Software Terms

You understand and agree that:

  • The beta version may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features
  • The application is provided for testing purposes only
  • Features may change or be removed without notice
  • Data may be deleted or lost during the beta period

3. Feedback and Reports

You agree to:

  • Report bugs, errors, and issues promptly
  • Provide constructive feedback on features and usability
  • Share suggestions for improvements
  • Participate in surveys or feedback sessions if requested

4. Confidentiality

While GECCS is being tested within the college community, you agree not to share beta features or issues publicly outside the designated feedback channels.

5. No Warranty

The beta software is provided "as is" without any warranties. We make no guarantees about its performance, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from your use of the beta application.

7. Termination

We may terminate the beta testing program at any time. You may stop participating by uninstalling the application.

8. Transition to Production

Upon completion of beta testing, the application will be released on the Google Play Store. Beta testers will be notified and can upgrade to the production version.
